Damages and Issues

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
    If you receive damaged products, make sure to reach out to us and send us video asap. So we can get the issue fixed for you.

    General Warranty


    • Warranty begins on the delivery date and only covers manufacturing defects
      • Products, parts, and components must be used, installed, and maintained as instructed.
      • Warranty is void if products are misused or abused or modified.

      Solid Wood Slabs

      • As the wood ages, its natural color and grain may change. This is a natural process and not a defect.
      • Repeated use over time may cause the coatings on your wood slabs to wear off. Contact us to arrange for a maintenance session as a nominal cost to revive the slab's grandeur.

      Sofas

      • Leather displays natural features like marks, surface finish changes, shade variations, scars, and wrinkles. These are not considered flaws.
      • Fabrics may experience stretching, wrinkling, slight color variations, and textural changes due to use. These are not regarded as defects.
      • Foam and cushions will naturally soften over time. This is typical wear and tear, not a defect.
